Milan had a tough run in the league earlier in the season, going four winless across the end of October and the start of November. However since then they have been in very respectable form, winning seven of their last nine Serie A outings.

The Rossoneri are seven points behind Juventus in the title race and need to maintain that level of form if they are to top the table as they battle it out with city rivals Inter and Juve.

They face Bologna on Saturday night in a clash that looked far more intimidating a few weeks ago. The visitors have lost two of their last three games but remain in with a solid chance of securing a European spot, sitting just two points behind fourth-placed Fiorentina.

They should be able to give the home team plenty to think about but may fall just short against these in-form opponents.
