Bournemouth vs West Ham Betting Tips

Bournemouth managed to get a narrow FA Cup victory over Birmingham City in the 3^rd Round on Saturday, and this is a win which will have given them a boost in confidence.

This made it four wins from Bournemouth’s last seven games in all competitions, and only one of those matches has ended in defeat.

This 2-0 defeat to Arsenal can’t be held against them, and their wins against Chelsea and Manchester United and draws against Crystal Palace and Leicester can be considered excellent results.

In fact, considering they were suffering a terrible spell of form a few months back Bournemouth is actually in excellent form at the moment. They have only lost one of their last nine games in all competitions.

This has taken them to 16^th in the Premier League, four points above the relegation zone that they recently occupied. A win on Tuesday could take them as high as 13^th.

Like their opponents, West Ham have also been very difficult to beat recently. The visitors come into this match on the back of an eight match unbeaten streak.

But unfortunately for the Hammers, they have struggled to win as well. The loss of some key players to injury has turned them in to the Premier League’s draw specialists. Five of their last eight games have ended all square.

West Ham struggled to beat Wolves in the FA Cup this weekend, with an 84^th minute Nikica Jelavic proving the difference in a 1-0 win for the home side.

Whilst the Hammers may struggle to pick up maximum points they are undoubtedly a very good defensive team. Dimitri Payet is edging towards full fitness as well, and he is the man who proved all the difference before his injury problems.

This makes odds of 4/5 for a West Ham Win or Draw Double Chance look very good value for money, and I’m backing this along with a 1-1 draw at 6/1.
