Will Porto go through in style?

Three successive wins mean Porto have already qualified for the round-of-16 in the Champions League, and they still have top spot in the group in their sights, sitting one point behind Club Brugge.

Sérgio Conceição’s side have only picked up one of those wins at home, where they beat Bayer Leverkusen 2-0, but they have been particularly strong at Estadio Do Dragao throughout the campaign.

Indeed, they have picked up six victories in eight outings there since the summer, as well as 13 of their 15 home fixtures since March.

Atleti still have something to play for

Atletico Madrid’s draw with Leverkusen in the Champions League last week means they can’t qualify for the round-of-16, but they are not yet guaranteed a spot in the Europa League.

A win in this fixture will secure third spot, but they have been poor on the road in this competition of late, losing both games this season without scoring.

Indeed, Diego Simeone’s side are on a run of just one win in seven at all venues in the Champions League, as well as picking up just four victories in their last 11 in all competitions.
