BETTING TIP – OVER 4 GOALS IN MATCH (For both teams combined)
CORRECT SCORE PREDICTION – 4-1 HIBS

- Hibs have won five of their last six home cup games (3 x Scottish Cup, 3 x League Cup).
- FC Santa Coloma have scored in their last four European away games.
A Real buzz around Hibees ahead of new campaign
Hibernian will be looking to establish a good first-leg lead when they take on FC Santa Coloma in the Europa Conference League qualifiers on Thursday.
Manager Jack Ross extended his contract this week, having steered the Edinburgh club to their highest league finish (third) in 16 years.
And it’s fair to say that Hibs have enhanced their reputation as a strong cup side after reaching the Scottish Cup Final and League Cup semi-final last term.
They have won five of their last cup ties at Easter Road and will expect to get another positive result in front of almost 5,000 home fans.
A 2-1 friendly win over an Arsenal side that included the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Thomas Partey, Alexandre Lacazette and Nicolas Pepe suggests Ross’ side should have more than enough for the Andorran minnows.
Santa Coloma, who have conceded ten in their last five Euro aways, are 13-time winners of the principality’s top division but finished third in the league last season.
They saw off Mons Calpe from Gibraltar 5-1 on aggregate in the last round and have a decent record of scoring on their European travels, bagging in each of their last four.
So our selection is to be Hibs to win with both teams to score and we’ll take an identical 4-1 scoreline to Santa Coloma’s loss to Astana last year as our correct score bet.
