      Juventus To Win To Nil

      Reason for tip

Juventus have given their top-four hopes a real boost with back-to-back wins to nil and there is a good chance they extend that run to three on the spin against Sassuolo. The visitors failed to score in five of their last six losses and that similar feeling awaits in Turin.

      Juventus 3-0

      Reason for tip

Juventus rocked up at Sassuolo with a packed treatment room and ran out 3-0 winners in January, so it would be no surprise to see the same outcome unfold in Turin. Francisco Conceicao, Kenan Yildiz and Jonathan David make up a potent front three and a trio of goals is well within the hosts’ reach.

      Juventus vs Sassuolo Predictions

      • Juventus have won three of their last five Serie A home games to nil
      • Sassuolo failed to score in five of their last six losses
      • The visitors have won only two of their last eight away games

Old Lady look set for another easy victory

Having been knocked out of both the Coppa Italia and Champions League far earlier than they would have liked, achieving a top-four finish in Serie A is the only way Juventus can salvage a pretty poor season by their standards.

The appointment of excellent manager Luciano Spalletti had the Old Lady cruising towards that goal but a run of four Serie A games without a win saw them drop away slightly.

However, Spalletti has his side back on track now, leading Juve to a 4-0 rout of Pisa and 1-0 victory at Udinese in their last two matches to start the round one point behind fourth-placed Como, and it should be similarly plain-sailing against Sassuolo.

Sassuolo set for another disappointing defeat

Admittedly, Saturday’s visitors are better than Pisa and Udinese, and look on track for a top-half finish, but Juve’s motivation to finish in the Champions League spots makes them a dangerous proposition right now.

Despite missing a number of key men, including Francisco Conceicao and Lloyd Kelly, Juventus thrashed Sassuolo 3-0 in the reverse fixture, so an even fitter side should have no issue putting in a similarly dominant display on Saturday.
