County can take some revenge on Orient

Stockport are worth backing to continue their impressive start to the campaign with a win at Leyton Orient.

They finished third last season, nine points ahead of sixth-placed Orient, who went on to beat them in the playoff semi-finals on penalties before losing to Charlton at Wembley.

Stockport defeated Wycombe 2-1 in their last League One game last weekend. The betting suggested there would not be much between the teams, but Stockport edged to victory, delighting those who backed them at 7/4.

County have opened up with consecutive wins, and haven’t suffered a loss in 90 minutes since a 1-0 defeat to Wrexham in March – a run of 12 League One matches including the playoffs.

They will fancy their chances of getting on the scoresheet, with Leyton Orient having failed to keep a clean sheet in six of their last eight League One games.

A 2-0 away win for Stockport looks a decent correct-score option. They have been two-goal winners in two of their last three regular-season League One games and 27 of their 46 matches last term featured under 2.5 goals.
