Go for goals at both ends at Deepdale

Leicester kicked off their Championship campaign with an unconvincing 2-1 win over Sheffield Wednesday last weekend and will need to improve on that performance if they are to take the points at Preston.

The Foxes come into the game as the favourites at a general 11/10, but the better angle could be backing both teams to score as North End can be tough to break down at Deepdale.

Leicester followed up their win over Wednesday with a 2-2 EFL Cup draw with Huddersfield, losing out on penalties, and while their attack looks fairly sharp they are showing signs of vulnerability at the back.

Goals at both ends has been a regular occurrence in Preston’s games in recent months. They played out a 1-1 draw at QPR in their league opener and both teams scored in nine of their last 10 league games last season.

Despite Leicester’s slightly sluggish start, they should have the quality to come away with the points and a 2-1 away win is the correct score pick.
