Both Teams To Score

Reason for tip

Arsenal’s 1-0 loss last week ended an eight-game scoring streak in the Champions League, and both teams have scored in four of their last five away games. They will have to go on the attack, and they visit a PSG side that have seen goals at both ends in four of their last five at home.

Draw 1-1

Reason for tip

Arsenal have drawn six of their last 14 matches in all competitions and two of their last four away games have ended 1-1, which is a scoreline PSG would happily settle for after winning the first leg.

Ousmane Dembele To Score Anytime

Reason for tip

Ousmane Dembele and manager Luis Enrique are confident he will shake off a minor hamstring issue to play on Wednesday and the in-form Frenchman scored the only goal of the game at the Emirates. That was his 33rd of the season, and 26 of those have come since the start of 2025.

PSG vs Arsenal Predictions

  • Arsenal have scored in eight of their last nine Champions League games.
  • Both teams have scored in four of PSG’s last five home matches.
  • Ousmane Dembele has scored 26 goals since the start of 2025.

Well-rested Parisiens good value for the final

Ousmane Dembele’s fourth-minute goal at the Emirates was enough to secure a first-leg lead for PSG last week, and the resurgent Frenchman could make an impact in the second leg to break the north Londoners’ hearts.

With the Ligue 1 title wrapped up, Luis Enrique made ten changes to the side that beat Arsenal last week as Les Parisiens fell to defeat to Strasbourg, but little can be gained from considering their recent domestic form, given how much priority they are placing on chasing a first-ever Champions League trophy.

Gunners hit rocky patch

Mikel Arteta was afforded no such luxury as an almost-identical side lost to Bournemouth on Saturday, leaving them with just two wins from their last six competitive games.

The Gunners’ form may be dwindling, but they should not be ruled out of this tie and, at the very least, they should give the home defence plenty to think about in pursuit of a comeback.

Recovered Dembele could break Arsenal hearts

Their defeat last week ended an eight-game scoring streak in the Champions League, and both teams have scored in four of PSG’s last five competitive home games, so backing goals at both ends appeals on Wednesday.

Six of Arsenal’s last 14 games have ended all square, and two of their last four on the road have been 1-1 scorelines, which is a scoreline the hosts would happily settle for.

PSG were dealt a blow in the first leg as goalscorer and talisman Ousmane Dembele was forced off with a hamstring injury, but both he and Luis Enrique are confident he will be fit to play at the Parc des Princes, and he looks the best bet for a goalscorer option.

Dembele has scored 33 goals in all competitions this season, and eight of these have come in the Champions League. His goal at the Emirates was his 26th since the turn of the year, and he will be looking to lead his team to Munich later this month.
