Europa the goal for Viola and Napoli

The Europa Conference League final is on the horizon for Fiorentina, but they are still battling it out for European qualification via Serie A ahead of the visit of Napoli on Friday.

Victory over Olympiacos in Athens would secure a Europa League spot for La Viola but they won’t want to rely on that and they currently occupy eighth place, the ECL spot, in the Italian top flight. Napoli sit one place and two points behind their hosts, so Friday’s game is a key fixture.

As such, a home win seems the more likely result and a 3-2 win for Fiorentina is the correct score pick as Napoli have scored at least twice in three of their last six games.

Nicolas Gonzalez has been in good scoring form with three goals in his last two Serie A outings. The Fiorentina forward has 10 in 26 league games for the season and can add to his haul when the Partenopei visit.
