Rangers on the hunt

Rangers have been in great form of late with the only blemish across their last 19 matches coming by way of a defeat to rivals Celtic in the League Cup. They’ve won both games since by an aggregate of 7-2. Although, as impressive as their goal scoring prowess is, their inability to keep clean sheets will be something they’ll want to improve and that can give Scottish Championship outfit Raith a glimmer of hope.

However, the visitors are winless across their last three games and are coming into this one off the back of a 3-0 defeat away to Partick Thistle. It’s not ideal preparation ahead of a tie against one of the best sides in the top flight and it’s an ominous sign given they’ve been beaten 2-0, 5-0 and 4-0 in their last three visits to Ibrox.

Hosts to ease to victory
