Visitors set for another defeat

Real Betis should be backed to beat Getafe at home in the Primera Liga on Sunday. The visitors are finding it hard to score this season and Real Betis manager Manuel Pellegrini will be hopeful of getting a result against Getafe’s Jose Bordalas.

They are sixth in the table, four places above Getafe, with a five-point lead over their visitors. Real Betis have won six, drawn seven and lost three of their 16 games this season, while Getafe have six wins, two draws and eight defeats.

Real Betis have found some form in front of goal, scoring an average of 1.57 goals a game in their seven Primera Liga games against other top-half teams this season.

Getafe’s current form is underwhelming. They have lost four of their last five Primera Liga matches, including their last two games on the road.

The visitors’ defence has been far from watertight, with Getafe failing to keep a clean sheet in 12 of their last 15 Primera Liga games.

Real Betis to get the 2-0 home win looks a decent correct-score option. Under 2.5 goals has been a winning bet in Getafe’s last five Primera Liga games and three of Real Betis’ six wins this season have been by a two-goal margin.
