Relegation-threatened Owls can claim win over Forest

Sheffield Wednesday need to win in the Championship this weekend if they are serious about pulling off the great escape and fortunately for them they are playing a Nottingham Forest side who are out of form.

Forest are winless in their last four league matches against Bristol City, Huddersfield, Birmingham and Stoke and have nothing to play for beyond potentially climbing a few places in the standings.

Survival is somewhat of a longshot for Sheffield Wednesday but they should nonetheless have greater incentive to attack this game and have shown glimpses of quality at home recently.

Since the start of April they have seen off Cardiff and Blackburn, held Bristol City to a draw and lost to Swansea on home soil and they look a good bet to come out on top against Forest. As for a correct score, Wednesday can be expected to play on the front foot so 3-1 is our prediction.
