Valencia desperately need some points

Valencia suffered a 1-0 defeat at Camp Nou against Barcelona last weekend, meaning they have lost seven of their last eight matches in all competitions.

Scoring has generally not been a problem though, particularly at the Mestalla, where they have netted in four successive outings, three of which have seen both teams score.

Can Osasuna keep their run going?

Osasuna on the other hand are unbeaten in three games, beating Sevilla and Athletic Bilbao before drawing 0-0 with Celta Vigo last weekend.

That game was at home though, whereas on the road they have managed only two clean sheets in their most recent 14 fixtures, 10 of which have seen both teams score.

That shows that Jagoba Arrasate’s side are strong in the final third, despite their struggles defensively, and they are looking to extend a run of just defeats in their last 15 fixtures on their travels.
