VfB Stuttgart, who climbed steadily out and away from the relegation zone with strong form from December through to late February (W5 D3), haven’t been themselves in the last few weeks. Stuttgart lost 1-0 to fellow strugglers FC Augsburg and this result has left Jürgen Kramny’s side just three points above Werder Bremen and the relegation play-off spot. Borussia Dortmund are certainly not to be the easiest team to rebound off to turn around poor form, though. Borussia Dortmund have won each of their last four visits to Stuttgart and are undefeated against Stuttgart in their last eleven meetings – no team has ever waited longer for a win against Dortmund. “Der BVB” remain one of the most in-form sides in the Bundesliga, winning four and drawing one from their last five, scoring at least two goals in each. Given the contrasting league forms and pressures on both sides, we expect Dortmund to take apart a nervous Stuttgart and keep their title chase alive for another matchday.
