West Bromwich Albion vs Burnley Predictions
- The hosts are unbeaten across their last seven home competitive matches.
- Burnley have scored at least two goals in their last three league games.
- Four of the last five meetings have produced at least three goals.
Sturdy Baggies
West Brom have been incredibly tough to beat, but the issue has been turning draws into wins as of their seven games played so far, they have drawn five of them. They have also conceded the opening goal in five of those matches and so Steve Bruce will want his side to show some defensive solidity in the early stages of the match. They need a striker who can regularly hit the back of the net as they now have plenty of creativity. The ‘Baggies’ have been decent on home soil but they now face a real test when Burnley come to town.
The visitors seem to be getting used to life under Vincent Kompany and have won all of their last three outings. Most recently, they saw off a tough Millwall outfit at Turf Moor and it sees them sitting third in the league table. They now face a tricky trip to the Hawthorns but considering they have scored six goals across their previous three away matches, they will fancy their chances of getting on the scoresheet here.
Goals are to be backed
Both sides will be going for victory and both have proven they can score goals when required. The hosts are scoring an average of two goals per match on home soil so far and the same goes for Burnley away. We think there will be a number of opportunities for both sides but the value has to be on at least three goals being scored.
