Fortuna Dusseldorf can claim big win

Fortuna Dusseldorf gave themselves a lifeline in the Bundesliga’s battle at the bottom with a stunning late comeback against Leipzig last time out and they can claim the scalp of Augsburg at the Esprit Arena.

Augsburg have all but secured their Bundesliga survival this season and given Dusseldorf are in the relegation playoff spot, they will have the greater incentive to come out on top in this clash.

They have impressed since the restart, claiming the scalp of Schalke and holding Cologne, Hoffenheim and Leipzig to stalemates.
