Celtic woes to continue at the San Siro

Celtic’s miserable downfall continued at the weekend as they fell to another shock defeat in the Scottish League Cup, leaving them with just two wins from their last ten games in all competitions and staring down the barrel at a potentially trophy-less season for the first time in a decade.

The Bhoys certainly don’t look capable of challenging in the Europa League. They have picked up just one point from their four group stage games so far, conceding 13 goals in the process. Another loss is predicted on Thursday, but they are yet to fail to score in the competition and could trouble the Milanese back line.

AC Milan head into this penultimate round a point off the top spot in Group H after failing to beat Lille home and away, but victory here could seal them a place in the knockout stages.

They beat Celtic 3-1 in Glasgow back in October and we can expect another victory, but with just one clean sheet in their last six competitive games we do think they’ll have some trouble at the back and going for an AC Milan win and both teams to score looks great value.
