Ajax are again among the favourites for the Eredivisie title despite losing out to PSV in a dramatic race last year, which resulted in coach Frank de Boer stepping down to take over from Roberto Mancini at Inter Milan. The new man in the dugout, Peter Bosz, got off to a winning start last weekend with a 3-1 victory at Sparta Rotterdam and Ajax should continue their fine form with another victory when Roda visit the Amsterdam Arena on Saturday.
