Toronto spanked Charlotte 4-0 last weekend and the North Carolina side is likely to suffer further hardship when they take on the Columbus Crew. Charlotte will be without key defender Christian Fuchs for the game after the Austrian was shown a red card in that defeat to Toronto.

On the whole, Charlotte have exceeded expectations this season but things are starting to get tougher for them, and it’s hard to see how they’ll keep up with a Columbus team that is unbeaten in their last nine matches.

The Crew have their sights set on an Eastern Conference playoff spot and victory here should bolster their chances.
