Montreal enjoy home comforts

Montreal will come into this one with some confidence having emerged victorious in four of their last five home league games. They currently occupy the fourth spot in the Eastern Conference and sit just four points adrift of Philadelphia Union at the top of the league standings. The hosts also possess a good record against Cincinnati having not tasted defeat against Chris Albright’s side in any of the last three meetings.

The visitors club record of four successive wins came to a disappointing end last time out as they lost 3-2 at home to New England Revolution. It was a bit of a gut punch as they twice came from behind to bring things level, only to concede a third in the 89th minute. It’ll be interesting to see how they respond but they’ll be confident of at least hitting the back of the next in this one.
