      Under 2.5 Match Goals

      Reason for tip

The last three meetings between the two clubs have contained fewer than 2.5 goals and another low-scoring fixture should be on the cards. Both teams are under new management and the two sides are likely to cancel each other out.

      Draw 1-1

      Reason for tip

Lazio are unbeaten in Serie A and have won three in a row by a single goal. AC Milan come into the tie on the back of a three-game unbeaten run of their own, but they have lost their last two away trips to Lazio.

      Lazio vs AC Milan Predictions

      • Lazio have won three games in a row
      • AC Milan are unbeaten in their opening three matches of the Serie A season
      • The last three games between the two sides have finished 1-0

Intense battle on the cards in the capital

Lazio will look to make it four wins from four matches when they take on AC Milan at the Stadio Olimpico on Saturday evening.

The White and Sky Blues are one of only three teams that have won their opening three games, but only two points separate the two sides, with AC Milan collecting seven points so far.

Lazio are now under the stewardship of former AC Milan midfielder Gennaro Gattuso, and he has made his team difficult to beat as he continues to pride his team on their ability to fight and defend for 90 minutes.

AC Milan are also now under new management, with Ruben Amorim replacing Massimiliano Allegri.

Amorim’s side did enough to beat Torino and Venezia, but once they played a formidable team in Juventus, they were held to a 1-1 draw.

Lazio have won all of their games by a single goal, and they too have not faced a team of AC Milan’s quality.

Two of Lazio’s wins have come via 1-0 scorelines and with both teams under new management, it is fair to say neither side have really hit the ground running in front of goal.

A low-scoring game should be expected, especially with the last three meetings all ending 1-0.
