U’s to have too much quality for struggling hosts

Cambridge United look set to continue their good form away at Newport on Saturday. They have been winners on four of their last five League Two away days, and while Cambridge have won six, drawn five and lost five on the road overall, they face a Newport side who have been poor at home, winning just two of their 15 games.

They are third in the league, 21 places and 36 points above rock-bottom Newport. The hosts have just six wins from their 32 games this season, while Cambridge have 17 wins.

There has been fewer than three goals in four of the last five League Two clashes between these sides, and a 2-0 away win for Cambridge United looks a decent correct-score option. They have won four of their 17 league games this term by that scoreline.
