Osasuna vs Barcelona Predictions
- Osasuna have scored and conceded in five of their last six La Liga home games, including three of four this season
- Barcelona have won their last five away La Liga matches with BTTs landing in all of them
- Barcelona have scored exactly two goals in each of their last four visits to El Sadar
Barca rarely slip up against Los Rojillos
Barcelona rarely slip up when they face Osasuna and the Blaugrana should be able to take all three points from Saturday’s La Liga trip to El Sadar. Hansi Flick’s side maintained their perfect league record with a seventh successive win last weekend.
It was not their most memorable and it was their lowest-scoring win of the campaign so far as a Robert Lewadoski goal saw off Getafe at Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys. But a clean sheet will have heartened the German after his side had failed to keep one in their three previous games.
Barca go back on the road this Saturday and they might struggle to shut out an Osasuna side who like to have a go in front of their own fans. They earned their first clean sheet in a month when they held Valencia to a 0-0 draw at the Mestalla last time out.
Back Barca to back twice at El Sadar
Los Rojillos have scored and conceded in five of their last six La Liga home games, including three of four this season, so it is reasonable to expect both goalkeepers to be kept busy. Barca’s usual method of victory is to simply outgun opponents from the first whistle and they have registered three times before the hour mark in their last two road trips.
Their approach could meet with an ambitious one from Osasuna here, who went toe-to-toe with Real Madrid last spring and lost 4-2. Barcelona have won their last five away La Liga matches with BTTs landing in all of them, so that looks like a solid recommendation here.
And correct score backers should try 2-1 for size as Barcelona have scored exactly two goals in each of their last four visits to El Sadar.
