Seasiders to come up short at Home Park

Plymouth have failed to claim a point in four matches this season but should be backed to get a home win over Blackpool on Saturday.

While the Pilgrims have started slowly under Tom Cleverley, they claimed 34 of their 46 points at Home Park when relegated from the Championship last season, and a home clash with fellow strugglers Blackpool could kick-start their season.

The Tangerines do have three points to their name, but no team has a worse defensive record in League One this season, with 11 goals against in four games. They have yet to keep a clean sheet after four matches, conceding at least twice in all of them.

The visitors are unreliable favourites, having failed to win four of their last five League One games as favourites.

A 2-0 win for Plymouth looks the best correct-score bet. Blackpool lost 2-0 to Mansfield in their last League One game.
