Goals Expected as Rangers Face Kilmarnock

Over 3.5 goals could be the bet when Rangers host Kilmarnock at Ibrox on Sunday, with plenty of goals in recent meetings between the teams. Four of the last six Premiership head-to-heads have gone over 3.5 goals.

Kilmarnock are fifth in the Premiership, one place above Rangers, with just a point separating the two teams. Kilmarnock have two wins and two defeats from their eight games, while Rangers have won once and lost once.

Rangers are struggling to get wins, having failed to win eight of their last nine Premiership games, with seven of those ending in draws. Danny Rohl’s first league game may not see an immediate improvement.

Kilmarnock’s recent form has been inconsistent, with two wins, two draws and two defeats in their last six games, but they beat Dundee United 2-0 in their last away game last month.

Over 3.5 goals has been a winning bet in three of Kilmarnock’s eight Premiership games this season, and eight of their 19 away matches last season ended with four goals or more.

There should be goals at both ends in this one, with 2-2 appealing as a correct-score pick. Rangers drew 2-2 against Dundee United in their last Premiership game and both teams have scored in six of Rangers’ eight Premiership games this season.
