The visitors have been hard to break down this season. No team has a tighter defence than Alaves in the Primera Liga, with just eight goals against in nine games, and they have conceded just three goals away from home.

A 1-0 win for Alaves looks like a decent correct-score bet. Four of Rayo Vallecano’s last six Primera Liga games have ended with at least one of the sides failing to score and three of their four reverses this season have been by a single goal.
