Real Oviedo vs Las Palmas Predictions

World Cup fever has swept across Spain with their crunch clash against Morocco ending just before kick-off here at Estadio Nuevo Carlos Tartiere.

Currently unbeaten in four league games, Real Oviedo look to extend their purple patch even further as they aim to break free of the mid-table abyss. An astute defence has been key in that run, with Oviedo failing to score more than once in any of those games (W3, D1).

The league leaders, Las Palmas, provide the opposition and they bring their own four-game unbeaten run in the league to the table (W2, D2), heading into this on the back of consecutive wins with a 4-1 combined scoreline.

Although Las Palmas are flying in the standings, Oviedo boss Alvaro Cervera has won seven of his eight touchline meetings with this opposition and his side are the form team across the last four rounds.
