Tip Reasoning
As one of the most in form sides in the country it will come as little surprise that we are backing Wycombe to record another three points when they host Yeovil this weekend. A home win is priced at an excellent 19/20 with bet365 and for our correct score tip we just cannot see them having too much trouble, so we are backing them to come away with a comfortable 2-0 win, which is priced at 7/1 with the same site.
Gareth Ainsworth must be feeling very pleased with himself right about now, with a limited budget he has got his Wycombe side in the play-off spots in League Two, a plum fourth round FA Cup tie with Tottenham and a shot at Wembley in the Checkatrade Trophy. When you also factor in that the Chairboys are undefeated in their last 10 games in the league and have only been defeated twice at home all season then you start to see why 19/20 for them to win again is looking like an excellent price.
Before you go and put your life savings on a home win however, there is some notes of caution to be heard. Yeovil have an excellent record in the head to head between the sides and have only suffered defeat in one of the 10 occasions they have faced off. The Glovers also have a very respectable defensive record and also have Wembley in their sights after progressing to the quarter finals of the Checkatrade Trophy in midweek. Despite this positive news there is also one stat which may well tip the scales heavily in the favour of a home win. Yeovil have managed just nine points on the road this season, the worst record in all of League Two.
