Barcelona have put themselves in a commanding position at the top of La Liga, holding a nine-point lead with seven rounds remaining.

Hansi Flick’s side have built their success with a perfect run at home, winning all 16 of their home league games in the season which saw them return to the Camp Nou.

Barca are expected to make that 17 from 17 when they host a Celta Vigo side that were beaten 4-2 by the Catalan outfit back in November. The visitors have suffered three defeats in five, including a 4-3 loss to Alaves and a 3-0 hammering by bottom side Real Oviedo.

The visitors have managed to score in 13 of their 15 matches on their travels this season. They should be confident of finding a way through Barca’s high-line, with the Catalans conceding in seven of their last eight matches.

However, Celta will struggle to go toe-to-toe with a Barca side that has scored 51 times at home. Only three of their 16 wins have come by a one-goal margin, and Barca are backed to boost their grip on the title with an easy victory.
