Mighty Milan set for routine victory

Inter Milan are leading the way in Serie A this season and should have no issues whatsoever in dispatching of struggling Verona at San Siro on Saturday.

Simone Inzaghi’s side have won ten of their last 12 home matches in Serie A, beating Roma, Atalanta and thrashing their rivals AC Milan 5-1 in that run, suggesting they will dominate proceedings against the league’s 17th-placed team.

Verona have lost seven of their last nine away matches and may struggle to even get close to Inter, who have won six of the last seven meetings between the pair.

With that recent record and Inter’s dominant home form, this should be fairly routine for Inzaghi’s men and they could come away from this clash with a clean sheet alongside three points.
