The football schedule may be looking a bit barren right now but our tipsters aren’t letting that effect them and Saturday was a bumper night for one Aaron Rogan as he tipped up four football winners, while our MLB expert bagged another winner in his MLB Double!

The biggest success was Aaron’s 15/1 MLS Accumulator, but a 12/1 acca earlier in the day is also worth shouting about, as is the fact he came agonisingly close to two absolutely mammoth wins.

Our first accumulator on Saturday kicked off at 3pm and we could feel it was going to be a good day as our first leg came flying in, with Haugesund making a mockery of the double chance pick to smash Viking 4-2 in Norway, also landing yet another Bet of the Day in the process!

It was a long wait until Seattle Sounders began the second leg of the acca across the Atlantic but it was fairly straightforward stuff once it got underway, with Will Bruin opening the scoring early on before a couple of second half goals sealed the contest.

All the while, Athletico Paranaense went four goals up against Bragantino in Brazil before a late rally gave the Red Bull-owned visitors a couple of consolation goals, while Sporting Cristal held on to a first-half lead to take the points in Peru and seal a tasty acca win!

After that taster of MLS action it was time to dive right into the stateside action with our selection of MLS tips, including this 15/1 winner:

Houston Dynamo to win (vs Chicago Fire)
Inter Miami to win (vs Minnesota United)
Both teams to score (Austin vs Dallas)

Results:

CF Montreal 2 – 1 Charlotte FC
Houston Dynamo 2 – 0 Chicago Fire
Inter Miami 2 – 1 Minnesota United
Austin 2 – 2 Dallas

The first two legs went without a hitch as Montreal opened the scoring early against Charlotte and, although they were pegged back shortly after, a 47th minute goal from Mathieu Choiniere was enough to seal the points, while Houston Dynamo’s victory over Chicago Fire never looked in doubt.

Over in Miami it was a bit more nervy, though, with Minnesota United scoring the first goal of the game with just 25 minutes to play before a super-sub showing from Indiana Vassilev, who came on with seven minutes remaining to score two goals in the space of four minutes for Inter Miami!

Despite the 2-2 scoreline, it wasn’t all plain sailing in Texas either as Austin and Dallas made us wait until the second half for the first goal of the game. Thankfully, the floodgates opened after that and by 72 minutes in our both teams to score leg was safely in the bag.

Elsewhere, goals for both sides in Haugesund vs Viking and Defensa y Justicia vs Velez Sarsfield landed our 2/1 BTTS Double and overnight wins for the Boston Red Sox and Atlanta Braves secured a 3/1 MLB Double!

But it could have been so much better…

Near misses on huge 182/1 & 125/1 tips!

Our featured tip of the day was our mammoth 182/1 MLS Mega Accumulator and it came within inches of landing, with the first five of our six-leg acca sailing in, only to be let down on the final fixture as Real Salt Lake vs Columbus Crew ended goalless.

Aaron came even closer to landing our 125/1 Both Teams to Score & Win treble, with Nashville, Houston Dynamo and Inter Miami all taking victories and two of those three teams also conceding, with Chicago Fire’s feckless attackers the only thing standing between us and a massive win.

Lower on the odds spectrum, our 10/1 Brazil Serie A accumulator was also foiled by a single goal as Corinthians failed to do the job against Santos.
