Both teams can strike in Cardiff

The Cardiff City Stadium clash between Cardiff and Bristol City on Saturday could see both teams find the net. Both teams to score has been a winning bet in eight of Cardiff’s last ten Championship games and Bristol City have scored in eight of their last ten league matches.

Bristol City are 13 places above Cardiff in the table and have 14 points more than their hosts. City, who are seventh with 11 wins, 12 draws and nine losses, will be looking to maintain their play-off push against a Cardiff side who sit 20th with seven wins, ten draws and 14 defeats.

Bristol City have been in patchy form recently, with two wins, two draws and two defeats in their last six Championship games. They were 2-0 winners at home against Stoke on Wednesday, but have drawn four of their last six away games.

Cardiff, who have won their last two home games, lost 2-1 to Portsmouth on Tuesday in their last Championship match, which was the eighth time in ten matches that both teams have scored. Cardiff had chances to equalise, but failed to make the most of them.

Both teams have been struggling defensively recently, which could lead to plenty of goals. Cardiff have gone four league games without keeping a clean sheet and Bristol City have failed to keep a clean sheet in eight of their last ten Championship games.

That should mean goals at both ends, with 2-2 appealing as a correct-score pick given Bristol City have played out two 2-2 draws in their last four away games.
