Celta Vigo are without a home win in the league for nine games and have lost their last two at home. Athletic Bilbao beat Levante 2-0 two weeks ago and have enjoyed two successive wins over Celta Vigo.

Celta Vigo will be buzzing after beating Real Madrid 2-0 last weekend to bring the hosts’ eight-game unbeaten run to an end. This result kept up their run of matches with under 2.5 goals, and the 17/2 odds was the biggest price they have won at so far this season.

Under 2.5 goals has been a feature of the home team’s last few matches, with seven of Celta Vigo’s last eight Primera Liga home games staying under 2.5 goals.

Athletic Bilbao can edge this, with a 1-0 correct score in favour of the visitors looking like a decent bet. Celta Vigo have been beaten in their last two home matches and six of Athletic’s seven wins this season were by a single goal.
