Juventus vs Bologna Predictions
- Bologna have not won away to Juventus in the league since 2011
- Only Napoli (40) and Milan (41) scored more home goals in Serie A than Juventus (38) last season
- The Old Lady won 13 of their 19 matches on home soil last term
Juve make strong start to season
Last season was forgettable for Juventus, who were hit with a points deduction, finished seventh in Serie A and have since been blocked from European competitions by UEFA.
But in their Serie A opener against Udinese last weekend, they looked far from a club in disarray, sweeping aside their opponents 3-0 at the Stadio Friuli.
The Old Lady scored all three goals in the first half of that contest with both forwards Federico Chiesa and Dusan Vlahovic getting on the scoresheet.
That attacking pair worked well and they should cause plenty of problems for Bologna in their first home game of the season.
Bologna could struggle at Allianz Stadium
Despite their troubles last term, Juve were pretty ruthless at the Allianz Stadium, recording 13 of their 22 league victories and scoring 38 of their 56 league goals there.
It has been more than a decade since Bologna won a league game away to Juventus and that does not look like changing anytime soon.
The club from Emilia-Romagna lost their season opener against Milan on Monday, shipping twice inside 21 minutes, and goals could be on the cards in this one.
Back Juventus to win a match featuring at least three goals and a correct score of 3-0, which clicked last time out for the Turin giants.
