They have won just 2 of their last 7 games in the Premier League though, and the previous failings at the club make qualifying for the Champions League next season look like a mountainous challenge.

The Red Devils are currently 8 points off the top 4, although with matches against Bournemouth and Newcastle following this clash there is a chance that they could close that gap a bit.

Huddersfield won’t be relishing the opportunity of spending Boxing Day at Old Trafford.
