Yeovil Town vs Blackpool Predictions & Betting Tips, Match Preview

After a win on the opening day and an excellent point from in form Luton Town the Yeovil season had got off to an excellent start. Since then,however, they have slumped down the table and are currently in a three match losing run. With two of those defeats coming in closely fought contests they went into the Doncaster game last week with hope of turning their bad form around but they were never really in the contest and Rovers quickly dispatched them with a 4-1 victory. Victory in the Checkatrade Trophy in midweek may be enough to get the monkey off their back and it will be interesting to see if they can use that win as a springboard for some form in the league.

Blackpool have struggled for consistency so far this season and, despite gaining victory on the opening day, they are yet to really kick on. Since that victory they have recorded two draws and two defeats, although in those games they have always been in the contest and when they have suffered defeat it’s only been by the narrowest of margins. Key to the Blackpool season will be to get their strikers back fit but with several of them set to miss this weekends game they will have to find a way to manage without them.
