Football Betting Tips
Mega Accumulator Tip
Malaga have lost each of their last five away trips, while they’ve scored only three away goals all season. The hosts are unbeaten against the bottom 10, so back them to edge a key clash at the bottom.
Czechia are out of form, following up last month’s defeat to the Faroe Islands with Thursday’s narrow friendly win over San Marino. Gibraltar have only conceded more than two goals in one of their last six games and can keep this one competitive.
Germany have won four straight since losing to Slovakia and have won four of the last five meetings of the nations too, winning both of their previous home encounters. They conceded at home to Northern Ireland and in their final five Nations League games in the last 12 months, so there is a good chance the Slovaks score too.
Croatia are unbeaten in qualifying, winning six of their seven games and conceding just two goals. Against a Montenegro side that have failed to score in four of their last five qualifiers and who they beat 4-0 in September, Vatreni should triumph to nil.
Northern Ireland vs Luxembourg Bet Builder Tip
Northern Ireland to win
Northern Ireland can end a strong 2025 on a high when they host Luxembourg on Monday. The hosts won 2-0 when these two met at Windsor Park last year, and they’ve improved since then. Four of the visitors’ five defeats in qualifying have come by at least two goals.
Isaac Price to score anytime
Price has scored four goals in nine games for NI in 2025, while he scored the opener when these two sides met in November last year. After three games without a goal, back Price to return to scoring ways for the hosts.
Leandro Barreiro to be carded
Barreiro has made nine fouls in qualifying, more than any other player for the visitors. Despite that, the midfielder has only been booked once in the campaign, so he stands out for a caution.
Accumulator Tip
Poland have already secured their spot in the playoffs and they will want to end their group campaign on a high. They have only conceded five goals in seven qualifiers and they face a Malta side that has only found the back of the net on two occasions.
Croatia are unbeaten in qualifying, winning six of their seven games and conceding just two goals. Against a Montenegro side that have failed to score in four of their last five qualifiers and who they beat 4-0 in September, Vatreni should triumph to nil.
Lithuania have failed to win any of their seven games in qualifying so far and they should struggle on the road against a Netherlands side that have not lost any of their last seven matches in all competitions.
Northern Ireland can end a strong 2025 on a high when they host Luxembourg on Monday. The hosts won 2-0 when these two met at Windsor Park last year, and they’ve improved since then. Four of the visitors’ five defeats in qualifying have come by at least two goals.
Team Goals Best Bet Tip
O’Neill’s NI side are ahead of schedule and they’ll be looking to both sign off on a strong year and lay down a marker ahead of March’s playoffs. They scored three goals in the reverse meeting in September. Four of the visitors’ five defeats in qualifying have come by at least two goals, so expect a high-scoring display.
11/1 GOALS GALORE ACCA LANDED ON SUNDAY
Both Teams to Score & Win Best Bet Tip
Germany have won four straight since losing to Slovakia and have won four of the last five meetings of the nations too, winning both of their previous home encounters. They conceded at home to Northern Ireland and in their final five Nations League games in the last 12 months, so there is a good chance the Slovaks score too.
Bet to Net Double Tip
Nick Woltemade has scored three goals in his last seven caps. He looks set to lead the line after bagging a brace against Luxembourg last time out.
Price has scored four goals in nine games for NI in 2025, while he scored the opener when these two sides met in November last year. After three games without a goal, back Price to return to scoring ways for the hosts.
Correct Score Double Tip
Lithuania did manage to score two goals against the Netherlands in their previous meeting, but Ronald Koeman’s side have not lost at home since October 2023. They will want to qualify in style, so expect them to rack up the goals.
O’Neill’s NI side are ahead of schedule and they’ll be looking to both sign off on a strong year and lay down a marker ahead of March’s playoffs. They scored three goals in the reverse meeting in September, while NI have conceded only twice across home meetings with Switzerland, Iceland, Slovakia, and Germany in 2025. Meanwhile, the visitors have lost their last four to nil.
Bet of the Day Tip
Northern Ireland can end a strong 2025 on a high when they host Luxembourg on Monday. The hosts won 2-0 when these two met at Windsor Park last year, and they’ve improved since then. Four of the visitors’ five defeats in qualifying have come by at least two goals.
Wales vs North Macedonia Bet Builder Tip
Over 4.5 Cards
Given how much is at stake, we could see a few bookings in this game. Wales have had 14 cards in seven qualifiers and North Macedonia have had 15, so one or both could go above their average here and at least five cards between these two sides has a strong chance.
Enis Bardhi To Be Shown A Card
North Macedonia midfielder Enis Bardhi has been booked once in seven games during qualifying and has been picking up cards regularly for club side Konyaspor, with four in 11 Super Lig games this season.
David Brooks To Be Shown A Card
David Brooks is likely to start for Wales, who have a couple of players suspended, and the midfielder looks a strong outside contender for a card. Brooks has three yellow cards in 10 games for Bournemouth in the Premier League.
Both Teams to Score Long Haul Accumulator Tip
Marseille have lost three of their first four visits to top-half sides. Rivals Nice should pose a tough test, especially as the hosts have scored 10 times in six home games so far. The visitors have scored 28 goals in 12 league matches, so back both teams to score.
Levante’s only wins have come at their fellow bottom three sides, while they’ve scored in six of their first seven away games. The defensive solidity Valencia found at the end of last term has abandoned them, with the club conceding in six of their last seven. However, only third-placed Villarreal have shut them out at home.
Sunderland have scored and conceded in each of their last three following a 2-2 draw with Arsenal. Hosts Fulham have lost five of their last six matches, but home wins over Brentford, Leeds, and Wolves suggest they can be competitive in this one.
Liverpool’s defensive issues have led to five defeats in six league games, so Forest should cause problems at Anfield again. Sean Dyche’s side have beaten Leeds 3-1 and drawn 2-2 with Manchester United across their last two league games. Arne Slot’s side have scored in all five of their home league games this term, while Forest are yet to keep a clean sheet on their travels.
Aston Villa have kept only one clean sheet on their travels so far this season, but they head into this game with five wins from six in the league. Leeds have scored in four of their five home league games, but they’ve lost four of their last five in the Premier League.
Defensive issues continue to plague AC Milan, who drew 2-2 at Parma in their last game. Inter have conceded at home to Sassuolo and Cremonese, while they suffered a 2-1 defeat to Udinese. AC Milan haven’t failed to score at San Siro this season, but both teams have scored in four of their last five Serie A matches.
