Bournemouth vs Swansea Betting Tips & Predictions

A run of three games unbeaten for Bournemouth has allowed them to put a considerable distance between them and the Premier League relegation zone that they were touted to be in at the start of the season.

They first managed to hold off the impressive Watford away from home before beating Southampton and relegation candidates Newcastle, leaving them in 14th position in the Premier League and 11 points clear of the bottom three.

Swansea have also managed to break out of their awful spell of form thanks to the arrival of Francesco Guidolin. They have only lost two of their last eight in all competitions and have won four times, which has propelled them out of the relegation zone and into 16th position.

As long as their form doesn’t collapse again, the nine point lead over 18th placed Norwich they hold should be maintainable and allow them to remain in the Premier League for a season longer.

So, both teams are in decent, if unspectacular, form and look like they are relatively safe from relegation. I think a point for both sides would be a good result. The Swansea defence have started upping their game since their new manager arrived and I think they could pose a difficulty for the Bournemouth attack. I think there’s a very good chance that both sides will settle for a draw, and odds of 5/2 for the spoils to be shared look excellent value. I’m going for a 1-1 correct score prediction at 6/1 too.
