Tough run for Bluebirds

It’s crunch-time for Cardiff City as their promotion aspirations go under the microscope. With home meetings against Bournemouth and West Brom either side of a tricky visit to Blackburn to come the Bluebirds picked a bad time to hit poor form.

The hosts have lost three of their last four including successive home defeats. Their record at this ground isn’t ideal – they haven’t kept a clean sheet in any of their last seven home league games.

Meanwhile, Bournemouth have made an unbeaten start which has seen the Cherries scoring at least twice in six of their seven games so far.

The Bluebirds have seen both teams score in their last six at home and high-scoring Bournemouth should keep that run going. Scott Parker’s side still need work at the back, so BTTS is my first prediction alongside a 2-1 win for the Cherries who have won four of seven this term.
