Wales set to frustrate

Wales kick off their Euro 2020 preparations in Nice on Wednesday and they’re looking to cause a shock away to the world champions.

Wales have plenty of issues to deal with ahead of the Euros getting underway, but they have found a strong defensive structure which bodes well for them against the French.

Only three of Wales’ last 11 internationals have finished with over 2.5 goals scored, while under 2.5 has landed in five of France’s last six.

The French aren’t the most fluid side so it’s not hard to see them being frustrated. The hosts have won four of their last five and look good for a win, but given their respective defensive records unders is the way to go here.
