      Torino to Win

      Reason for tip

Torino look the best bet away at Pisa. The hosts are bottom, with only two wins all season, and they are a defensive disaster, conceding more than anyone in Serie A and rarely keeping clean sheets at home. Pisa are also in poor form, losing most weeks, while Torino are scoring regularly and have hit at least two in three of their last four. That should be enough to take the points.

      Torino 2-0

      Reason for tip

Torino 2-0 is the correct-score pick. Pisa often fail to score, with five of their last seven matches seeing at least one team blank, and they were thrashed 5-0 by Como without registering a shot on target. Their defence is fragile, so Torino should create chances and score twice. With Torino in decent attacking form and Pisa offering little going forward, an away win without reply makes sense.

      Pisa vs Torino Predictions

Torino can cash in on Pisa’s collapse

Torino look the best bet to win at Pisa on Sunday. The hosts have struggled defensively this season, and Marco Baroni’s side can take advantage.

They are six places above rock-bottom Pisa, with 15 points separating the two teams. The hosts have won just twice in 30 games this season, while Torino sit 14th in Serie A, with nine wins and six draws.

Pisa could not break their losing habit last time, going down 5-0 away to Como two weeks ago. They struggled to impose themselves on the game, having just 27.4% possession and not managing a single shot on target.

The hosts’ defence has been in shambles of late. No team has conceded more goals in Serie A this season than Pisa’s 54 in 30 games, and they have kept just one clean sheet in their last nine home matches.

The visitors are in form going forward, with Torino having scored in seven of their last eight league games. They have found the net at least twice in three of their last four Serie A matches, including a 4-1 win over Parma last month.

The recent results do not inspire much confidence in the home side. Pisa have won only one of their last ten Serie A matches, and have lost seven of the last nine.

A 2-0 away win for Torino looks a decent correct-score option. Five of Pisa’s last seven Serie A games have ended with at least one of the sides failing to score, and there could be another goalless first half in store here.
