The Blades have subsequently slipped from the automatic promotion spots in the Championship, so a return to the home comforts of Bramall Lane, where they have lost just once this season, will be very welcome.

Norwich searching for form

It’s not just Sheffield United who head into this match out of form – Norwich have sunk into the play-off positions after no win in four, conceding seven goals in the process.

Two of those games have contained three or more goals, as have three of their last six games on the road in the league.

The Canaries have also been pretty impressive on the road, losing just once in five, but that game last time out, a surprise 2-1 reversal at Vicarage Road against Watford.

I predict that there will be three or more goals in this game, and I expect the Blades to bounce back to form with a win, selecting 2-1 as a correct score prediction.
