Laval searching for back-to-back wins

Laval beat Quevilly Rouen 3-1 before the international break to end a run of four successive defeats and five matches without a win.

Olivier Frapolli’s side have a worrying record on home soil though, already suffering defeats to Guingamp, Le Havre and Pau and winning just once in 13 outings.

Bordeaux looking to extend strong start

Bordeaux have been impressive since their relegation to Ligue 1, winning five of their nine outings and losing just twice.

That means they sit in third place in the table and there has been plenty of excitement in their matches, with three of the last four fixtures containing three or more goals.
