A Tennessee thriller could be on the cards

Nashville have kicked off their MLS campaign with a brace of 2-2 draws at home to Cincinnati and Montreal and another thriller in Tennessee could be on the cards when they host Inter Miami.

Nashville won both of their home meetings with Inter last season, winning 3-0 and 1-0, but early evidence this season suggest the visitors are more lively in the final third.

Inter Miami, whose attack is spearheaded by Gonzalo Higuain and midfield bolstered by Blaise Matuidi, have plenty of quality in their ranks and they should be capable of playing their part in a classic encounter.

Phil Neville’s visitors suffered a 3-2 defeat at home to LA Galaxy in their curtain-raiser before coming from behind to record a 2-1 victory at Philadelphia Union last time out.

There have now been three or more goals scored in each of Inter Miami’s last eight games and both teams have netted in seven of those games.

Both teams to score looks an excellent bet and those opting for a correct score should take a chance on a third straight 2-2 draw for Nashville.
