Monaco can entertain again

Over 3.5 goals has been a winning bet in two of Monaco’s four Ligue 1 games this season, and there could be another high-scoring game on Sunday when Metz visit Stade Louis II.

Monaco are third in Ligue 1, three points behind leaders PSG, while Metz sit rock-bottom, with three defeats and a draw from their four games.

Neither team has been solid at the back. Monaco have failed to keep a clean sheet in seven of their last eight Ligue 1 games, while Metz have conceded in 12 of their last 13 against Monaco.

Four of the last five times that Monaco have hosted Metz in Ligue 1 have ended with over 3.5 goals.

No Ligue 1 team has played more games in which both sides have scored than Monaco this season, and a 3-1 home win is an appealing correct-score bet.
