QPR are undefeated in their last six matches, but Millwall have proved to be a tough nut to crack on the road and look capable of taking a share of the spoils in this London derby.

      Reason for tip

Millwall have earned 1-1 draws in their last three away games against Charlton, Crystal Palace and Swansea and we could see a repeat of that when the Lions head across the capital on Saturday.

      QPR vs Millwall Predictions

      • Millwall are unbeaten in seven away matches this season.
      • Both teams have scored in five of Millwall’s last six away league games.
      • Five of QPR’s last nine home league games have been draws.

Recent games have been tight for Rangers

A 7-1 defeat at Coventry proved a wake-up call for QPR as the Londoners have gone six games unbeaten since, but Millwall could provide tough opposition on Saturday.

The R’s following that humbling at the CBS Arena with wins over Charlton, Wrexham and Stoke, but the draws that followed against Sheffield Wednesday and Oxford were disappointing and even though they gained a highly creditable 2-1 win at Bristol City in their most recent game, they needed a late goal to grab that Ashton Gate success against a team who made the playoffs last term.

Lions are a tough nut to crack

This week’s examination against the Lions represents a difficult task for Julien Stephan’s side.

Millwall have suffered the odd hiccup with home defeats to Coventry and Wrexham, but they have generally been strong and have realistic hopes of at least making the playoffs this season having started the season unbeaten on the road in the first five games.

They have earned 1-1 draws at Charlton, Crystal Palace – they fell to the Eagles on penalties in the EFL Cup – and Swansea and there looks a strong chance this one could finish in a similar manner, so it is worth backing the draw with correct-score enthusiasts pointed towards another 1-1.
